Well, I don't know what really happened in the story because the cover is so lame I had no desire to crack open the book, hence my silly interpretation of a cop being pissed at someone riding without a helmet. But, yeah, I'd assume the kid on the bike is obnoxious and Mr. Angel is probably some dude who's banging his mom, so he sped off on his bike to kill him...and there I go again, making up a story based on the lame cover!
I so love your take on these books, they are far more interesting than the books you should write books!
